Here is what to expect if you decide to get any custom through us: Open communication and a response within a 24hr time frame of every email. After the initial email and explanation of what custom work you would like done, we will decide if we will take on the project. Depending on the project, we may pass it up due to time constraints, our particular skillsets, etc. Don't take this as a bad thing! We will only take a project on if we know we can guarantee your satisfaction 100% After we have said "Yes" and confirmed the finer details of the commission, we will quote you the price for the project. If both sides are confident with the exchange, we will proceed with the project. Time frame can be anywhere between 3-31 days depending on the scale of the custom work. If an commission is over $1,000, we ask for half payment before the project and once you receive the project, the rest of the amount. If you dissatisfied in any way, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate and communicate.

No returns are allowed unless it is a custom piece with communication of the return happening through email.

We ship internationally and offer free shipping on all domestic ground shipments.

All methods are accepted, though PayPal is preferred due to added security on both sides.
